Links to EPL license are now broken

Links such as https://github.com/clojure/clojure/blob/2a058814e5fa3e8fb630ae507c3fa7dc865138c6/test/clojure/test_clojure/protocols.clj#L3C33-L3C79 direct one to a 404 page.

Looks like they moved it to https://opensource.org/license/epl-1-0/ without a redirect in place.

well, I don't think we're going to change the link in every source file
