Bug: ^:export not working for NodeJS target.

^:export does not work for NodeJS target in the latest CLJS release, 1.10.597. It was working in the previous release, 1.10.520.

I've identified the commit when the bug occurs: e25ced97af3c15a87afcb15165508aa23e54a3fa.
