Optimize string printing during compilation.

Like https://github.com/clojure/clojurescript/commit/f8b4125cbef671143b241881afdfc0195cf36480 but for self-hosted ClojureScript, directly using * }.

This leads to a speedup of 1.03 downstream in Planck when compiling Andare.
